Satisfy Your Wisconsin Judgments
If you filed bankruptcy, your debts were discharged, meaning that you are no longer responsible for repayment of debts. However, the circuit court record may still indicate your judgments remain unsatisfied. Using our service, a Wisconsin circuit court will change your record to reflect the satisfaction of your judgment(s) due to discharge in bankruptcy.
A record of unsatisfied judgments affects your ability to obtain credit, qualification for rental housing, or your ability to purchase a home. Your credit score will also be damaged.
Even though you are not legally responsible to pay a judgment that was discharged in your bankruptcy case, unsatisfied judgments may still appear on the Wisconsin Circuit Court Record.
